Brampton – Investigators from the Peel Regional Police Intimate Partner Violence Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tariq Gerro.
20-year-old Tariq Gerro of Brampton is wanted for the following Criminal Code offences relating to an Intimate Partner Violence incident this month:
- Assault
- Utter Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm X2
- Fail to Comply With Release Order X2
- Flight from Peace Officer
- Mischief
- Breach of Probation
He may be operating a 2022 4-door Honda Civic, silver in colour with tinted windows, bearing Ontario license plate CPLZ036.
At the time of this incident, Tariq was already on release for multiple violent offences. If observed, police urge the public not to approach the suspect but to contact 9-1-1 as he may be armed.
